Hi,
i have a Adafruit 3.5" 320x480 Color TFT Touchscreen Breakout, try with tftbmp_shield but my serial say:

Unknown LCD driver chip: F9F9
If using the Adafruit 2.8" TFT Arduino shield, the line:
#define USE_ADAFRUIT_SHIELD_PINOUT
should appear in the library header (Adafruit_TFT.h).
If using the breakout board, it should NOT be #defined!
Also if using the breakout, double-check that all wiring
matches the tutorial.

Hi Diazita,

The first issue with USE_ADAFRUIT_SHIElD_PINOUT showing up. This line needs to be commented out of the Adafruit_TFTLCD.h as the guide suggests.

Code: Select all | TOGGLE FULL SIZE
// #define USE_ADAFRUIT_SHIELD_PINOUT

Make sure this line is commented out with a // in front (it should but if you're having issues, its worth checking.

Your next issue with the SD Card not initializing. This could be wiring, but it is also not finding the BMP file. Take a look at these two guides and let me know if the wiring is in place and the example files are on the card. Please start with our example images to remove some unknowns.
