Potentially defective 2.3" OLED - #2675 Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

- Purchased Monochrome 2.3" 128x32 OLED Graphic Display Module Kit on December 5th, 2020 (Order 2429536-2427149833)
- Soldered header to OLED with no bridges or shorted connections, then wired to a RPi Zero exactly following the Adafruit documentation here for the SPI configuration: https://learn.adafruit.com/2-3-monochro ... lay-module
- Enabled the SPI communication in the Pi config text file
- When running the sample code from the Adafruit documentation, nothing happens. The code runs without errors, but the OLED remains completely blank. No indication of life.
- Verified that there is 3.3v across pins 1 & 2 of the OLED when the Pi is powered

Please advise on how to further troubleshoot or RMA this screen.

Can you please post another photo that also includes the Pi Zero so we can follow the wiring completely from the OLED to the Pi.

And just to be sure - is this the example code you are trying to run?
