OLED display skipping every other row Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

Hello, I have a new OLED 128x64 display. As shown in the picture, it appears to be using only every other row. When I plug in another display it looks fine so I know the rest of my circuit and program are ok.
This is a brand new display - is it bad or is there something I can do? I am running in SPI mode.

EDIT: I just noticed that the glass in the lower right corner is cracked and the corner is missing. I don't believe this would affect the display but maybe it would??? The circuit board appears fine.

Any idea how the cracks happened? Could it be shipping damage?
