LED Board only using every 2 rows Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

Purchased an LED Board and Pi bonnet and when I set them up only every two rows are being lit up - see photo. Any suggestions?

What model Pi are you using?

What OS image did you start with?

When you ran the installs script:

I have a pi4 made by Canakit (8GB) https://www.canakit.com/raspberry-pi-4-starter-kit.html that I booted with the default raspbian OS. I chose convenience during the install because of the sound driver thing

What's the full command line you are using to run the example above?
