Not sure if this counts as a "glowy thing," but I just received a NeoTrellis pack (products 1611 and 3954), and there appears to be a physical defect on the silicone pad. I noticed one of the buttons wasn't responding, and I rotated the silicone pad around to test it. The fault is on the silicone part, not the board itself. Flipping it over, I can see that the button in question looks different than the others and isn't as thick.
Any help getting a fixed one (or an easy way to fix this) would be super helpful. Thanks!
