Problems with output on LED MATRIX using Bonnet

Post by axmo »

Hi all,

I have some problems using my bonnet along a 64x32 matrix. I have installed all libraries and that seemed to have go smoothly. Used this: https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-rgb ... pberry-pi/.

I power the matrix with a 5V 2A power supply. And the PI with a regular power supply.

I use a raspberry pi model 3b+
Below is pictures of the bonnet mounted on the pi

I get some variations of output when I run different examples. But it is always 2-4 lines sometimes in different colours, and sometimes blinking. Here is an example of how it may look like: Image.

The above example is from when running this:

Code: Select all

    sudo ./demo -D0 --led-no-hardware-pulse --led-gpio-mapping=adafruit-hat --led-slowdown-gpio=5 --led-rows=32 --led-cols=64
.

Any help is much appreciated.

Best regards Axel
