PID 3636 Failed on first use.

This refers to order #2711827-3356643153 (PID 3636) where I tested all prior to use and found that 2 of the 11 strips were not functioning. The first one lasted 2 seconds and failed at what appears to be a cold solder joint, see pic.

The second one failed after a few minutes of use. However, I had wire-tied the end to a second strip and I may have damaged it myself. So, I will repair it myself. I am only telling you this because I was very careful not to put much pressure on it. It appears to me that this product is very sensitive!!!

I request that the first strip with the cold solder joint be replaced.

Thanks for the photo. Yep, let's replace that strip.
