I purchased an LED Matrix and the top half of the matrix is not working correctly. I re-connected all components and performed multiple basic tests to try to resolve it, but nothing has worked. In test one, I try to run red text (255,0,0) and no text appears at all. In test two, I try to run white text (255,255,255) and the resultant blue text appears on the panel. Running software that is meant to display a hockey net, the pixels that should be red do not display at all, and the pixels that should be white are again blue.
I'm powering with 1 x 5V 4A (4000mA) switching power supply - UL Listed.
Could you please assist?
