I recently purchased some 'Side Light' Fiber optic and am trying to find an adhesive that would actually work on these.
I've tried the usual Gorilla Super glue, and J-B Weld Plastic Bonder (which is supposed to work on PVC). I had thought that the outer sheeting was PVC, though I know that some of these are PMMA (Acrylic). But I figure I should ask what these are made of before moving on to something else.
What are the side glow fiber optic made of?

Hello, I am not from the Adafruit team. So, cannot tell you about the material. have you tried double-sided tape?

ooh its probably PMMA without a coating (that's what makes it a 'bad & leaky' fiber optic?)
