NTSC/PAL TFT 1.5" Defect upon arrival

Hi,
I purchased 4 NTSC/PAL 1.5" TFT displays around 3 weeks ago.
Three of them worked flawlessly out of the box, but the fourth one only flickers once after i turn the Display on and then goes black again.
There is no visible damage to be seen on the board or the Display.

I crosschecked if it is the Display or Board itself by interchanging the Display and Board with one of the working ones.
It seems to be the Board, because the Display from the defective unit works with another board, but a working display from another unit also only flickers once and goes back to black after connecting it to the defective board.

It was my first purchase from adafruit and the only email I´ve left from this purchase is the "order confirmation" Email.
The Order confirmation Number from the mail is this: Order Confirmation No: 2876479-4069831875

I hope we can get to a solution.

Let's replace it. Luckily you had the other hardware to perform the cross check. Thanks for doing that.

Send an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread and they can send you a replacement display.
