Hi all!
I'm looking for two rgb led source that I need for illuminate two different scenario:
1. first strip goes in the shower (first floor)
2. second strip goes in the living (ground floor)
I've choose to buy all here, but I have a simple question: what happen if I use 2 distinct RF Touch Wheel Controller (with one controller box each) that are at 10m distance and I am between controller boxes?
Is possible to setup the frequency?
Obviusly the RF Touch Wheel Controller is yours: https://www.adafruit.com/products/678

Re: Multiple rgb strips with a RF Touch Wheel Controller each
Ah ok! perfect!
Now I have another question: I need approximately 1.5m of strip for the shower and 7.0m for the living room. I think I'll buy 10m 60led/m rgb strip.
For connect to my house' electrical system I choose these components:
1. 12V 5A switching power supply (by cutting the cable to connect to the system, not to a generic power point) https://www.adafruit.com/products/352
2. Female DC Power Adapter for connect the power supply to the remote controller box https://www.adafruit.com/products/368
3. RF Touch Wheel Controller for Analog RGB LED Strips for control my strips https://www.adafruit.com/products/678
4. Waterproof Polarized 4-Wire Cable Set (only for the shower) https://www.adafruit.com/products/744
5. Heat Shrink Pack in order to restore the waterproof https://www.adafruit.com/products/344
6. RGB LED waterproof flexi-strip 60 LED https://www.adafruit.com/products/346
For the living I'll control the strip with a normal switch and, how I've told you above, I'll use the rf for choose the color the first time and (very very maybe) sometimes. If there are interference problems I'll use some tinfoil.
But the question now is: how I power my living strip that is more than 5 m long? What I have to do?
I'm sorry but I'm quite noob on these things, but I like that and I want to setup the system by myself
Thank you!
