Hello All,
I am interested in purchasing the Digital Addressable RGB LED w/ PWM waterproof flexi strip. I am building a VU Meter shaped like a hibiscus flower for my Advanced Digital Design class. I need to use an FPGA Spartan 3s for my project. Can I use this strip on my FPGA? If so, is there a tutorial available for it? Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

We don't have a tutorial using that FPGA. There are several tutorials, documentation and source code linked from the catalog page: https://www.adafruit.com/products/306
The Arduino or Raspberry Pi source code is probably a good starting point.
