Just thought I would ask forum members ...
I am an absolute beginner with electronics trying to learn electronics and microcontrollers by building and refining a few projects. They include a high visibility dog collar and arm band for simple things. Then on the more complex side, a more refinded LED backpack and vest project that is controlled by the bike's signals. There are lots of little experiments along the way to understand, not just build, the projects.
If you enjoy the misadventures, and discoveries of a noob, would you like me to blog in this thread every few days? Just in past few days I learned how to display bitmapped frames in an animation on a 5x5 matrix of WS2801 pixels in a strand http://www.adafruit.com/products/738. Probably not graceful, but it works. Then last night I actually connected the dots and changed the sensitivity and voltage issues of an LED nightlight circuit.
Just let me know if anyone wants to read it.
