32x32 LED MATRIX WONT WORK

Hello, I recently purchased two 32x32 LED Matrix from the website. One of the Matrix is working fine but the other one will not light up even after I conect it with the same exact wires the other (working) screen was using.
Im looking to buy a two more of the same screens to complete a set of four, I want to know if I am going to have to buy 3 more to complete the set and hope they are all working fine or if the matrix has some sort of warranty on cases like this and can be replaced.
