Thank you for your help, we have the Circuit Playground boards working. Where can I learn more about them (what all they will do)?

Start with the basic Learn Guides for Circuit Playground:

Then you can browse the MANY guides available with further explanations and projects:

We are having the same issue. Board is connected and lights up, but does not show in the Windows Explorer window. When I troubleshoot the device, it says it is connected and working properly, but there is no way for me to get to the device. Can you please help? I have had these for more than six months now and have not be able to use them.
By the way, I have followed the directions for uninstalling the drivers, uninstalling Arduino, etc. Nothing works. I am using Windows 10.

Are these Circuit Playground Express or "classic" Circuit Playground? The "Express" ones say "Express" on the back as part of the the name. The classic just say "Circuit Playground"; "Express" is not mentioned.

@federmc could you start a new thread in viewforum.php?f=58 and describe in more detail what is not working? Describe OS (Windows 10), exactly what drivers have been installed, and what you see in Device Manager and Arduino?
