Circuit Playground Express not connecting Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

have 2 Adafruit Circuit Playground Express units. One connects fine to the Makecode website. The second one won't connect to makecode but it will connect to Code.org Unit 6 circuit playground lessons. What do I need to do to get it to work on the Makecode website?

Also, the Adafruit NeoPixel LED Dots Strand - 20 LEDs at 2" Pitch that I bought for a student to do the Glue Stick Light Tunnel doesn't look like the pictures are showing on connection. I have upload 2 pictures for comparison. Any help is appreciated.

@CBurks The picture you posted is using a plug that you can buy here or you could cut the output end off and connect it to the CPX for a plug-in connection. I'm not sure it will work with one program and not the other but someone might know. Can you post a picture of the input side of the strip with the first pixel showing and the code that does not work?
