Return/Exchange

Post by danbaca »

I ordered QTY:2 PID:1678 and one of them did not turn on. I like to exchange the defective item but I have an urgent project that requires both of these displays; so I went ahead and purchased QTY:1 PID:1678 so I can receive it faster. Can I return the defective item and treat the one that I purchased like an exchange?

What did you try to get it working and what were you using for a source. Contact [email protected] with a link to this thread and they will work with you on the return and refund.

An HDMI cable was plugged into for the video and the supplied power adapter was used. One of the the displays powered on and was able to display video without any problems but the second display did not power on at all.
