Here is a tutorial: https://learn.adafruit.com/bluefruit-bl ... h/overview
For paging in both directions, you can just add another switch.

Are they still planning on replacing the EZ-Key? I know you guys don't give ETAs but I feel like this has been out of stock forever... If I want to make a bluetooth page turner is there another adafruit I can use?? I see the LE UART can be used for HID... would this work??

Thanks

The chip used in the original EZ-Key are pretty much obsolete. Most of the newer BLE boards can do HID emulation, but lack the simple trigger pins of the EZ-Key. You should be able to do it with something like the Feather 32U4 BLE.

Hi. Im trying to create a page turner with a 32u4 but I’d like a bit more ‘how to’ on how to get it working.
There’s a good tutorial for the ez-key here www.instructables.com/id/Bluetooth-page ... _page=true

Appreciate any help? Thanks
Matt

The page turner is basically an HID device. It emulates a keyboard with just one or two keys.

We have a could of HID tutorials for Bluefruit Low Energy (BLE)

If you don't mind doing it over USB, the simplest way to go is with CircuitPython keyboard:

Cool! Bluetooth is definitely preferred. Will that tutorial work if still using the 32u4 or is that chip proffered?
Thanks
