You might have 1 MB to play with for a WAV file. That is kind of a guess based on the CPX has 2MB of flash and you are using space for the library, code, CircuitPython, filesystem, etc. So maybe a little more or less. You can examine the size of your CIRCUITPY drive and see how much is free on it.
