Difficulty with Pi Badges
Hi everyone, I'm having difficulty with the Pi Badges. Each time they get plugged in to connect, we receive a "your device is malfunctioned" message. The boot loader is also not recognized at all. We have tried on both Mac and PC. Any idea of what's going on? Thank you in advance.

Is that warning from the OS? Can you post a screenshot?
What does the PyBadge itself show when it gets power from the USB port?
Did you try to double-tap reset, so it shows the PyBoot screen?
