I have 9 sections taking CS discoveries next year. Six sections will be starting with the circuit breaker units and three sections will be ending the year with the units. Students will be working in pairs. How many of the sets below do I need to order?
https://www.adafruit.com/product/3399
9 sets - 1 per section?
6 sets - use 6 sets in the fall, take them apart and re-use 3 in the spring?
3 sets - re-use for each grade?
1 set - re-use for each section?
Thanks
Jake

Do you mean "Circuit Playground" rather than "circuit breaker"? What is the age range of your students? What do you plan to teach? Programming or hardware circuitry? That might determine the answer. More information helps.

Yes, I meant circuit playground. We will be using these are part the code.org CS Discoveries class that requires these materials. Specifically, we will be using them as part of units 5 and 6 in the curriculum. The age range of students is 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.

wjt, they're pretty durable but kids do sometimes want to take them home or spill food or water on em. we tend to have these in stock all the time, so you could start with 3 to 5 sets, perhaps it would be good to have em work in pairs, but each have their own board to work with.
