Post by wclark »

I have 2 CODE.org circuitplayground

Our tech support engineers authorize all replacements and refunds at this time for any and all defective items in the forums. They are able to authorize these immediately, bypassing the returns process. Please post there and they'll assist you. We are unable to refund or send a replacement without their authorization, this applies to prepaid return labels as well.

Thanks,
Adafruit Support, Jessie mae

To help us figure out what the problem is, can you post clear closeup photos of the last NeoPixel that works, and the first that doesn't, for each board.

Thanks.

I ordered 68 Playground express and 66 worked perfectly. As I was going through the order (it took me some time) only these 2 have issues with the LED Array. I spoke with support and was directed here to have them repaired or replaced.

Replacement for those two bad Circuit Playground Express boards is authorized. Please send an email to support @adafruit.com with a pointer to this thread. Thanks.
