Have the Raspberry Pi Foundation published any metrics as regards their efforts to increase young students' comprehension of digital computing?
Have they published any metrics contrasting the state of things as they exist now vs. the state of things which they set out to change?
If I understand their history correctly, the Raspberry Pi project was a direct response to the appalling state of digital computer knowledge--both hardware and software--on the part of our current generation of young people.

Plans are being made to teach digital literacy on a modest scale using Raspberry Product, but more information is needed from The Raspberry Pi Foundation as to the success they've had.

Re: Best platform for teaching computer literacy,
The best response would be from totally independent sources.
I long ago quit asking the fox about the state of the hen-house.

Now, does anyone else have a real answer as to the true metrics of the computer literacy situation since The Raspberry Pi Foundation set about to totally change the landscape over 3 1/2 years ago?

Re: Best platform for teaching computer literacy,
The question began:
The Pi foundation would be the best place to ask that. The objectivity of any metrics published is a separate question.Have the Raspberry Pi Foundation published any metrics ...

"Please be positive and constructive with your questions and comments.", and "Be nice".
The last bastion of those who do not know the answer--but who feel duty-bound to answer for SOME reason --is to play the semantics game.
Will someone ELSE who really knows the answer, please respond, or not. No answer would be better than the time which has been wasted thus far.
