powering Beagle Bone black by solar charger + lipo battery

Hi, I'm about to choose this solution to feed my BBB.
However I cannot find any reference concerning the output (load) voltage, and I know that I must provide the BBB with stable 5 v.
I will appreciate any suggestion.

The solar charger has a "load sharing" circuit. If there is excess input power available from the solar panel, it is directed to the load.

What that means is that the load output ranges from battery voltage (3v-4.2v) to direct panel voltage (~6v). You will need something like a buck/boost converter to produce a steady 5v output.

The PowerBoost is a boost converter. It will boost battery voltage to 5v. But it can't regulate panel voltages over 5v down to 5v.

The Verter has both buck and boost conversion built in, so it can handle both battery and panel voltages as input: https://www.adafruit.com/products/2190
