BeagleBone Black Ethernet failed

I have a BeagleBone Black purchased on 14 November 2018. The wired Ethernet port was working but has now failed. I'd like to know the warranty procedure.

This whole process began when I wrote to support@adafruit.com on 29 Dec 2018. I received a response to that message, instructing me to post an issue on this forum. You're trying to send me in circles.
