BeagleBone Black Ethernet failed

I have a BeagleBone Black purchased on 14 November 2018. The wired Ethernet port was working but has now failed. I'd like to know the warranty procedure.

I don't have the order number. I know the date on which I placed the order and I used the E-mail address "[email protected]".

Come on Drew, this is getting silly.

This whole process began when I wrote to [email protected] on 29 Dec 2018. I received a response to that message, instructing me to post an issue on this forum. You're trying to send me in circles.
