Beaglebone black and 5 axis

Ok I'm having a difficult time finding enough information on the various capes on the market to determine if the BBB will support 5 axis CNC. That is driving 5 separate NEMA 17 steppers so I'm going just ask point blank: will the beaglebone black support 5 steppers? Is there a cape for the BBB that allows it to support 5 steppers?

I'm not sure of a cape with 5 stepper drivers, but I'd suggest asking on the Machinekit mailing list:
