I'm not sure if this is something that has already been address but I figured I would broach the subject since it can't be too common. I work in a manufacturing environment that has access to many useful substances and equipment. Since my area works with ceramic circuit boards instead of soldering, we use a hard-curing conductive epoxy to adhere small SMT parts to the board, eliminating the risk of cracking boards with heat. Would this be a viable alternative to soldering for things such as the more sensative chips? I'm not sure about all the specs on the product but I could probably get them. Please comment and let me know what you think of this idea as I was considering trying it.
