How are you powering the setup - what is your power supply and where are you connecting it?

Did you add ignore_lcd=0 to /boot/config.txt?

Hi , thank you for the reply.
I’m powering up the raspberry with a 5V 2.5A charger and I connected the display board to the raspberry .
5V screen = 1 pin of the right side
Ground screen = 3 pin of the right side
But I also tried to power up the display from the micro USB port directly on the touchscreen board.

Try making the change to /boot/config.txt mentioned above and try powering it this way again.

For now, leave all four of those jumper cables attached. You seem to have them connected properly.

Are you sure the Pi itself is OK and booting? Can you log into it over wifi after booting?

Not sure what's wrong. Everything looks connected correctly. Let's replace it. Send an email to support@adafruit.com with a link to this thread and they can get you a replacement display. They may also arrange return shipping for the one you have now.

check the ears on the Display connector are fully pushed in, on your pics they're loose and they need to be fully seated. that's on the display half of the cable

I’have done .
I have another question . How I can set the display brightness? The display is so dark , I tried to do this :
https://raspberrypi.stackexchange.com/q ... en-display
The brightness is modified but with the max set (255) the screen result so dark.
I have a good power source .
