Pi4 no longer booting Moderators: adafruit_support_bill, adafruit

Hello,
I have a Pi4 which i purchased 3 weeks ago (June 2nd) that is no loner booting.
i was using the pi connected to my 3D printer via USB.
~It was running mainsail OS which was installed via Raspberry Pi Imager.
~I was running this without issue for about 2 weeks.
~All of a sudden last night it stopped booting.
~The Power LED turns RED and the ACT is slow flashing green.
~I have connected a monitor/keyboard to the PI but there is no image on either HDMI0 or HDMI1
~To check the SD card, i have placed it in another device and it works without issue (scandisk 8gb).
~I have also used another SD to reload a new image and the same has occurred.

Have a look at https://learn.adafruit.com/raspberry-pi-care-and-troubleshooting The flashing green (activity) LED is used to flash out an indication of the error.

im not sure which blinking sequence this is.. it seems to me like long 0 and short 10. (halt state)

I'm not sure, from that. But it does appear to be blinking an error.

so where do i go from here?
this infinite blinking is not represented in the status doc. unless this is a long 0 short 10. but i dont see any distinction

I just purchased this 3 weeks ago (purchased june 2 / received on june 6). Am i able to return/replace? i should still be covered under the limited 30 warranty.

I originally emailed support@adafruit.com and they told me to come here to get in touch with the tech support engineer who would be able to authorize a replacement or return. (I prefer replacement)

In the guide I previously linked, pay special attention to https://learn.adafruit.com/raspberry-pi-care-and-troubleshooting/warning.

That said, a replacement is unlikely due to the current general shortage of Pis. So getting this one working is the best solution.

I would LOVE to get this one working and i am willing to go through all the troubleshooting necessary.
my only fear is making it past the 30 days and not being able to get a refund if we cant get it working.

i will take a look at those 2 links and report back shortly
