I found that it took quite a bit of googling and finicky, low-level configuration work to get it working how I wanted it to. It will work very nicely once all that is done.
I assume you've worked through https://learn.pimoroni.com/article/gett ... perpixel-4 since you mentioned the Pimoroni instructions.

For the 400, how are you connecting it?

You will need to make adjustments to the JST port5s on the CyberDeck for use with the HyperPixel 4.0. See https://learn.adafruit.com/cyberdeck-bo ... -3104511-6.

Is anything else connected to the Pi 3 & 4?

As I recall the Pimoroni instructions got it up and running. It took me longer as I needed it to be a landscape console display, not a GUI.

Yeah, it took me a few days. It's very fiddly work. Keep at it!

Those are two different products. Setup for the OLED Bonnet is very different than the setup for the Pimoroni HyperPixel.

We can help troubleshoot the OLED, but best to focus on one thing at a time.

Is there a specific step in Pimoroni's setup instructions for the HyperPixel that did not work as shown?

The only that happened between working and not working was a reboot?

If you start over and follow Pimoroni's guide:
https://learn.pimoroni.com/article/gett ... perpixel-4
you can not recreate your previous success?
