Solar Lithium Ion/Polymer charger to Raspberry PI

by supertechhawaii on Fri Dec 08, 2017 2:13 am

Aloha All,
I purchased a USB / DC / Solar Lithium Ion/Polymer charger - v2. I am confused as to what type of USB is required to run from the charger to the Raspberry PI, to provide power :-) Perhaps you please provide me with the part number for the USB cable :-)

Thanks,
Brian

The USB is an input only and the battery is the output. You have 3.5 volts to 4.2 volts at the battery and input power at the load if it is available.

Aloha,
I am still not sure then how to attach my Raspberry PI when attaching it to load? Do I need to solder the lines to the header on the PI?

Thanks,
Brian
