Raspberry Pi

Order 1622717-5731789260

Hello, the Raspberry Pi 3 - Model B (part 3055) that was part of
my order failed on day 2 of use. I would like to see if this can be
replaced.

I verified that the the SD card boots another RPi3 that we have running PiHole.

As a hardware check, what voltages do you see on the 3.3v and 5v GPIO pins when the RasPi is powered?

They measured 3.33 volts and 5.20 volts respectively.

Thank you.. that rules out most of the worst kinds of hardware failure.

Do you see any activity at all when the RasPi tries to boot, especially a blink pattern from the green LED?

When plugged in the LED is red.

Is there any flicker on the green LED, or a 'faint green glow'?

The last thing the board's firmware does before looking for an OS image to boot is set the green LED on a low PWM duty cycle, do it lights just barely enough to be visible. A boot that stops there usually means there's some kind of issue with the connection to the SD card.

The SDK card was put in this Pi and it didn't work. The SDK was put in a second Pi and it did work. I would like a replacement.
