I ordered a MicroSD with NOOB Stretch along with a Raspberry 3B+. The pi will not boot. Reading the moderator post indicates the NOOB is not 2.7 or later. Please send me the Correct NOOB.

Unfortunately, our current batch of pre-imaged SD cards came out just before the release of the Pi 3B+. To update it to the latest firmware needed for the 3B+, you can get the latest version from here:

Per your response, I used the sketcher method to put the NOOB 2.8.1 Zip file on the microSD card you sent me. That failed because there are two img files in 2.8.1. I unziped the file and ran sketcher selecting one of the img files. I received no errors and the process appeared to complete. Putting the MicroSD card in the Pi and powering it up resulted in one LED on constantly and no splash screen(This is worse than before, where at least I had a splash screen). I tried formatting the microSD using SDformatter, both quick and overwrite, but both processes failed. The microSD card appears to be bad. Please send me a replacement with NOOBS version 2.7 or newer

Per your response, I used the sketcher method to put the NOOB 2.8.1 Zip file on the microSD card you sent me.

It's sound like you may have flashed the zip file instead of the contents of the zip file. NOOBS is different like that.

That doesn't sound promising. But since we don't currently have any pre-imaged SD cards with the latest NOOBS needed for the Pi 3B+, let's see if we can try another approach and hopefully get you SD card to work. Instead of NOOBS, try using Raspbian Lite. The latest version is here:

And you flash it (either the .zip or the .img file will work) to the SD card using the program Etcher as described here:
