RPi 4B died
Received a Raspberry Pi 4B from Adafruit about 3 weeks ago. It was setup as an access point using Steve Todd's JMRI image. Tried to access it today with VNC and there was no response. Then it stopped displaying on the HDMI monitor. The SD card works fine in another RPi 4B and an RPi 3B. Order No: 2448016-2785047862 Pictures attached.

Re: RPi 4B died
For the sake of testing, try booting from an SD card with the latest version of Raspbian.
Assuming that doesn't work, what voltages do you see on the 3.3V and 5V GPIO pins?

Re: RPi 4B died
Thanks for your reply. 3v pin measured 1.53v, 5v pin measured zero. SD image is Buster downloaded two weeks ago.

Re: RPi 4B died
The Raspberry Pi 4 you sent as a replacement for the above board has lost HDMI video output and WiFi output. Voltage on the GPIO pins measures 5.09v and 3.28v respectively. Tried 3 different SD cards and they all work on the RPi3+ but not the RPi 4.
Is this board covered under any warranty? If so, please advise how to proceed.
Thanks,
Dave

Here are pictures of the replacement RPI 4 that lost HDMI and WiFi as described in the preceding post.

Re: RPi 4B died
**SOLVED**
Replaced the generic phone charger cord with a CanaKit power supply and it's working this morning. Lesson learned.
Thanks,
Dave
