Cyberdeck Hat Manufacturing defect

Sorry to post this here but it is the only way I see to contact support.

I just received a cyberdeck hat (invoice 2545704) and it appears to have a defect.
The left (#18) JST connector is not soldered, the capacitor is out of place, and there appears to be a diode? missing.
