Raspberry Pi Zero Dead on Arrival
When I opened the package I loaded raspbian lite onto a micro sd card and plugged it in. I then plugged the raspberry pi into the wall. Upon plugging it into the "pwr in" micro usb port there was no signs of life. No green and red flashing lights like the other boards I own. Can you guys help me? Thanks! Matthew

What did you use to format and load the image and did you test the SD card on other pi zeros?

Does that power supply work on another Pi?
Do you have another power supply to try?

Re: Raspberry Pi Zero Dead on Arrival
I have a pi zero w and a pi 4. I tried 2 different power cord and 2 different powers supplies in 2 different outlets. I know all of my hardware works. I also tried 3 different sd cards all formatted with balenaEtcher and the latest version of raspbian lite os. I have 2 other raspberry pis and both of them work properly all with signs of life. No matter what I do I can get the new raspberry pi from adafruit to turn on. What else can I do? Matthew

Sounds like its dead to me. I'd e-mail Adafruit tech support with a link to this thread.

Agree, it's not sounding hopeful. Please try this one additional check:
