Raspberry Pi 4 4GB wont display anything

I ordered a 2GB and a 4GB model in the same order (#2539085-3688559313)

I was able to connect the official power adapter and a micro-hdmi to hdmi cable to the 2GB model and was able to boot up and see a picture, even without a boot device plugged in.

I did not have the same success with the 4GB model. I tried with a microSD and a USB drive as boot drive, as well as no boot drive. No display in any case. I tried both HDMI0 and HDMI1 ports, just to confirm.

Nothing on the board appears to be damaged in any way.

Please advise.

Try this quick test. Remove power. Remove the SD card. Reapply power. Describe what the green LED does.

The green light blinks 4 quick pulses, then dark for a second, then repeats.

OK, that much is expected behavior at least.

Is the HDMI adapter, cable, and display the same as being used with the other Pi?

Yes. Same video cable, power adapter and TV used for both Pi's

Thoughts? I am in a bit of a time pinch to get this system operational.

It's very weird that the board is indicating it is OK via the LED blink codes, but getting nothing on HDMI. It will be helpful and interesting to see what the Pi folks might be able to suggest.
