Adafruit voice bonnet not seen by raspberry

Hi, i just bought adafruit voice bonnet and followed the installation instructions here: https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-voi ... udio-setup

But my raspberry does not see the bonnet at all - in raspi config and in alsamixer i am not able to select it. Do i need to install anything else?

Does the RasPi see the Bonnet with `i2cdetect -y 1`?

I have the same issue. Did you find a solution?

I installed Blinka as described here: https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-voi ... inka-setup.
Then in installed audio as described here: https://learn.adafruit.com/adafruit-voi ... udio-setup
But "sudo i2cdetect -y 1" does not find the voice card.

I am using a Raspi 4.

I found the solution myself: There was a script that has reconfigured the I2C bus as GPIO. Once I removed this script, everything worked as expected.
