RPi defective

Hi, I ordered the RAK2245 8-ch LoRaWAN kit
Im missing two sets of standoffs/hardware/antenna adapters
And One of the raspberry pis is defective.

For missing parts, we can try and see you replacements. For the Pi, can you clarify what's not working?

Does not boot, tried two different SD cards with different images. They both Sd cards work on other Pi.
I get red light, and zero green light ever.

What specific OS images were you using here? Depending on what was used, and what model the other Pi's are, booting success between them can be a mixed bag.

Current Raspberry Pi OS and RetroPie and I tried Ubuntu desktop too. These images work find in the other pis (I have over 10 from this order alone). This one is broken.

OK, thanks. Just wanted to make sure. Let's replace it.

Send an email to [email protected] with a link to this thread and your order number. They can send you a replacement Pi 3 B+ (PID 3775).

Also mention the other missing parts from the kits and they can help you with that also.
