That's not my call, just so you know. I'm just an enthusiast that likes to try and help out on the forum. Not much more I can do.

Would someone from Adafruit please respond!

I want a refund, I was told you would handle that in the forum since no one has a fix.

Have you tried connecting them to another device / PC? Maybe its a Windows 10 issue?

The problem is with the Raspberry PI Picos not the USB cables!
I know the cables are USB data cables.

I do not have another device that uses the USB micro connection.

By them I meant the Pico's.

Damm, once again Windows 10 does it to me.

I tried using my Microsoft Surface Pro and the device is detected.

So the Picos work, the USB cables are data cables.

I am having problems using Snagit since a Windows update and I believe that is a Windows issue also.

Thanks for the suggestion to use a different device.

Ah, now we are making progress. Not having to get new PICO's is a good thing. I had suggested trying them on another device earlier. in hindsight, I should have said PICO instead of them. You thought them meant the cables and I didn't catch it. Anyway, now you have the weekend to tinker with your new tech.

I have 10 or so of the critters kicking around here. Some running Adafruit's Circuit Python, some running Pimoroni's custom Micro Python, and some with the Pi Foundation Micro Python uf2. I've started putting little stickers on them to keep track of what is running what.
