Pinoroni Hyperpixel4 has stopped working

Hi Adafruit team,

I have a Pimoroni Hyperpixel4 (order no. 2628981-5594450154) that I planned on using on a sprinkler system project with a Raspberry Pi Zero W. I installed the code for it on another PI using the curl https://get.pimoroni.com/hyperpixel4 | bash on the Pinoroni website. it lit up and worked fine. I then plugged the display on the Zero that for the project and since i hadn't loaded the drivers, it lit up as expected. I then ran the install and since then the screen won't even light up.

On the original Pi and the project Pi, I did shutdown and remove power before either connecting or disconnecting the Hyperpixel4 display to/from the Pi. Per the instructions on your site, I did only "hold the board by its edges and wiggle it to the extended header (or GPIO header" when installing it or removing it.

I have only handled it with care since it has arrived. Any help with this problem is appreciated.
