PI 4 Fail to Boot after ~30 days

I have a Raspberry Pi 4 8 Gb for a month. I had it set up running a chia harvester, nothing crazy just two drives. It ran fine for approximately 3 weeks and than all of a sudden I noticed it disconnected checked out the raspberry pi and it had gotten quite warm and nothing would come on the display. Not sure why a problem would present so long after it was running fine. I am using the official power supply. I tried reinstall the OS just to make sure nothing got corrupted and nothing would boot still. I am assuming it is toast but not entirely sure how to tell. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Is there an LED pattern when you power it up? You might be outside our warranty, but I want to track Pi4 failures and get the boards QRcode from you to report to the Pi Foundation.
