Defective Raspberry PI400

Order Number : 2703523-1461170009
Message : I purchased this Raspberry PI 4 and it's not working I have two
other PI and I used the same sd card, power, and HDMI to try booting this
new one without any luck. I am not sure how your forums work and don't have
time to fiddle around trying to get help with something that should work.
Please let me know how we can resolve this?
It powers on but it does not boot up

First of all,. is it a Pi 4 or a Pi 400?

What are your other Pis? If there not the same model, the same SD card and power supply might not work.

Hello, it's a Model B with 4 gigs of Ram. I have a USB C power supply purchased from MicroCenter for Raspberry PI4. I followed the instructions for setting this up and nothing happens. Additionally, this PI has its own micro SD card its own micro HDMI cable connected to the left HDMI.
Please let me know how we can resolve this?

Did you try putting a basic install of Raspbian on the SD card?
