Hello,
I have a Raspberry Pi 400 with the cyberdeck hat, which I have been having some issues with when using the Pimoroni Hyperpixel 4 display. I get about 3 seconds of the boot sequence but then it will not display anything. Based on this post:

I de-soldered the diode on GPIO18, but I am still not seeing any display. Based on that post that modification seemed to work for people so I'm wondering if there is some config.txt changes I need to do to get everything working? I have tried a few variations, but I might be missing something as the change seemed to work for a bunch of people.
Any help or updated information would be greatly appreciated.

I ended up taking off the diodes associated with both JST-3 connectors. It worked fine after that. I needed to do some config tweaking since I wanted it to be console only (no X).

Thanks for the reply Dave! I finally got around to removing the other diode, but unfortunately I still do not get a display. I've tried a few different config changes but the best I get is a second of the Raspberry Pi boot logo. What did you change in config.txt or did it work as soon as you removed the other one?

I had a lot of googling and fiddling to do to get it working. I wanted it as a console, and rotated so it took some trial and error. That you got something to display bodes well.
