New Raspberry Pi 400 Not Working

Post by eatondustin1 »

Hi, I recently received the new Raspberry Pi 400 kit I ordered. I connected the power supply, mouse, hdmi cable, and SD card. The green light is solid and doesn't flash. However, the cable doesn't seem to be working with any of my 3 monitors. If I remove the SD card, the green light flashes as expected.

There are some troubleshooting steps here: https://support.thepihut.com/hc/en-us/a ... -is-faulty. Give them a try and report back if there's still a problem.

Thanks Dave, I tried the steps and it still isn't working. The power supply, HDMI cable, and SD card are all from the Raspberry Pi 400 Desktop - Full Computer Kit (https://www.adafruit.com/product/4796). The SD card should have come with the OS image on it already, but I went ahead and reinstalled it. Let me know if there's anything else you want me to try. I did try both ports for the HDMI cable.

OK, thanks. Please email [email protected] with a link to this thread, your order number, and request the replacement of one Raspberry Pi 400 (computer only).
