Raspberry Pi4b SDRam failure

I purchased a Raspberry Pi4B a few months ago for a project and now that I have all of the parts I've started building the project and my Pi is refusing to boot with 8 short flashes of the activity LED indicating bad SDRAM. Am I completely out of luck here?

I’m afraid so. Our return/replace period runs 30 days from purchase.
