Raspberry Pi Touchscreen

by adaist on Tue Jan 29, 2013 1:32 pm

Hello everyone! I was just looking at the products for Raspberry Pi and I didn't see--but wonder if I missed--some kind of small, smartphone-sized touchscreen. I'm mainly looking for something relatively inexpensive (~$90 or less) than high resolution, but I do need something fancier than a little two line monochrome LCD screen :)

If that kind of thing just doesn't exist for a low price, anyone know if anyone has managed to get any old Android screens working on the Pi?

We stock several small NTSC TFT displays for the Pi, but none with a touchscreen. However, we do stock a touch overlay, which can be used with any small screen.

We don't have a Pi driver for the touch overlay, but we do have sample arduino code, which shouldn't be too difficult to port to the Pi.
