Greetings!
I will start off by saying I am very new to the world of linux/python, but I think I have a somewhat simple question that can be resolved here. I am following the tutorial on adafruit here: http://learn.adafruit.com/playing-sound ... ry-pi/code
So I havent attempted, but it seems very straight forward. now my question!
instead of playing a preloaded .mp3 track using buttons connected to the GPIO pins, I want to record an .mp3 to a folder using two buttons; one to begin, and another to end. i've been searching around but cannot find an answer that incorporates the script mentioned in the tutorial above.
Anyone have suggestions/code/resources? Thanks!

Re: Rasp. Pi GPIO pins + Audio recording
the pi has no audio in, but you can use a usb audio device. there is a list of known working devices here.
