Kippah with 4.3 TFT

I have got Kippah with PI 2 B. I attached it with 5" and 7" from adafruit using the config.txt and device tree from adafruit web it has worked flawlessly. But I have tested it with my 4.3" TFT at 480x272 which is DLC430EZG. I do not have anything on screen only back light LED. However, I have the PI booted up and I can also access it from WLAN0.

I have connect my Raspberry PI 2 B with oscilloscope. I found that no matter how do I change the config. The pixel clock on pin 27 will only stay around 25MHz which is too high for my LCD.. Are there any of you know any command to change this frequency?

Finally I got it. I can make PI reduce the pclk down to 16MHz. Although it is not as low as the spec. But it makes LCD working.
